Welcome to Find A Therapist. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Kentucky. I have over 13 years of experience working with a wide range of ages. I have worked with people experiencing depression, anxiety, anger management, grief and relationship difficulties among others.
Our circumstances do not define us. I think everyone should be treated with respect and not have to fear being judged. My counseling style combines person-centered, reality therapy, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused approaches to help you reach your individualized goals. My approach is based on a joint effort of working together to change what you want to and how we can do that by considering how your thoughts, actions and feelings effect each other.
