Hello my name is Shelise Kahn and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been in practice since 2018. Most of my experience has been working with adolescents in the criminal justice setting. My specialties are to assist in emotional regulation, coping, depression, anxiety, and family issues. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I use a strengths based approach as I feel it is important to build on strengths that are already present.
