I use a variety of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solutions-Focused therapy, to help my clients walk in freedom from anxiety, depression, chronic stress, PTSD, anger, and trauma. I enjoy teaching my clients tools they can use in their everyday lives to live more fully and present.
