Hi there, I'm Shelby. I am a psychotherapist licensed in Ohio with specialty areas in trauma, and serving veterans and their spouses. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, and trauma. I believe in working with clients and couples to identify strengths and develop the skills needed to navigate life's challenges. As a Licensed Independent Social Worker, I serve adults who are seeking to improve their mental health and overall well-being, using a person-centered approach.
