My Approach
I believe that every person is valuable, not because of what they do or don’t do but because of who they are. I have an eclectic, strength-based approach that is designed to meet you where you're at. I draw from a variety of techniques to include Solution Focused, CBT, Gottman, ACT, DBT, Forgiveness, and Narrative therapy.

My Professional Background
I have over 10 years of experience engaging women, young adults, and families in crisis, to include domestic violence centers, child protection services, and acute mental health. I have also had the privilege to collaborate with individuals, couples, and families as they strive to improve relationships, overcome addictions, and heal from past hurts.
