I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has worked in different areas of mental health and human services over the last ten years, three have been as a clinician . I am a very active participant in sessions. who will give you feedback and push you in a therapeutic way to reach your goals. I utilize an eclectic approach drawing on a number of different interventions that best your needs. I am a provider that wants to get to know and understand the puzzle that is you and help you put the pieces in the most effective way. I am trained in DBT, EMDR and narrative therapy. I am a friendly and calm person who likes to bring humor and compassion into my work. I look forward to working with you!
