I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I received my Master's degree in Social Work at the University of Central Florida in 2011. Establishing a therapeutic relationship, valuing empathy and building therapeutic trust with my clients are essential to my treatment approach. I also use EMDR therapy, Motivational Interviewing therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy and Solution-focused therapy models in my work with clients. I am passionate about helping people and assisting people with gaining more insight about their situation or problems they are facing. I have experience with providing counseling for trauma, relationship problems, stress management and coping skills, anxiety and depression.
