I am a licensed clinical social worker in Alabama with over 8 years of experience working as a therapist and case manager. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance use disorders, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD and ADHD. I specialize in working with military veterans.

My counseling style is warm and approachable. I strive to treat everyone with respect and compassion. My approach to therapy combines cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic counseling. I will work with you to identify your goals and tailor a treatment plan to meet your needs.

I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy at some point in life and that everyone must take care of their mental health. I respond to messages within 24 hours Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm. I look forward to working with you!
