Hi, I'm Sheila, a licensed professional counselor in the State of Oklahoma. I have over 20 years of experience working with clients helping them reach their goals in creating a happier more fulfilled life. I received my Masters of Science in Counseling from Oral Roberts University and Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Central Oklahoma

I am fortunate to have worked with a wide range of ages in a variety of therapeutic settings. Those settings include: Private Practice, Telehealth, Home-Based Services, Gerontology/Aging Population, Medical/Clinics, Military Base, and School/Vocational/Technical.
My work with clients includes those affected by Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Grief/Loss, ADHD, OCD, Parenting Problems, Communication Issues, Relationship Challenges, Life Transitions, Self-Esteem, Motivation, Compassion Fatigue and Career Change.

My counseling style is warm, welcoming and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I see my clients as unique individuals and tailor my therapy dialogue and approach to meet their specific needs. My therapeutic approach combines Person Centered, Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution Focused, and Family Systems.
