I am a New York-Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have experience in helping clients with a range of issues including grief, ADHD and executive functioning, depression, anxiety, and family and individual life transitions. I use a combination of therapeutic practices, depending on what works best for the client, including psychodynamic, family systems, cognitive behavioral, and crisis and task-centered theories.

Additionally, I believe the relationship between therapist and client, the therapeutic alliance, is a vital part of the therapeutic process. Working together, we can address your specific concerns and find our way toward resolutions, acceptance, and inner wellness.
