Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Virginia with 10 years of experience with children, teens, and adults. I have worked with individuals with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, and parenting/family issues. My counseling style is supportive and interactive. I believe in treating everyone holistically and with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Although I use many traditional approaches, I believe that just having someone who will listen without judgment, can be incredibly helpful no matter what brought you into counseling. It takes courage to ask for help and I look forward to working with you!
