My joy is serving people, and I feel privileged to walk alongside you as you boldly face life’s difficulties and challenges and find brighter days awaiting you ahead.
At times, life can become overwhelming, lonely and even painful. It is a gift to be able to hear you bravely speak your truth and watch you begin taking steps forward.
Using a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused and Adlerian approaches to therapy, I can help you strengthen your inner voice, gain confidence and find abundant life once again. Listening, asking questions, and equipping you with useful information are just a few ways I can support you as you explore possibilities for change.
Working in a variety of counseling and educational roles for over 10 years, I have gained experience in treating many conditions and working with individuals and families. Some concerns I can help you with include struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma related concerns, body issues, anger management, pre or postpartum depression, family or marital concerns.
