I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist based in Charlotte, North Carolina with over 5 years of experience. My experience comes from providing direct mental health and behavioral counseling for children, teens, and adults with a variety of presenting issues, including depression, anxiety, grief, self-esteem, trauma, and more.

I believe that we are all products of our family systems, environments, closest relationships, and every moment that leads to who we are presently. I strive to treat our therapeutic relationship and you with the utmost respect, compassion, and warmth. My therapy style and approach is an integrated one, drawing from Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused modalities.
