Welcome! I am a licensed psychotherapist with 14 years plus experience providing therapy, counseling and guidance services to Individuals, Couples, Young and aging adults and families. I received my Master of Social Degree with an emphasis in Public Child Welfare from the University of Southern California in 2007. I specialize in various areas such as: Women issues, Depression, Anxiety, Anger issues, Behavioral, Addiction, Spirituality issues, Grief and Loss, Relationship Issues, Sexual/Intimacy Issues, Trauma, and Self-development, and Compassion fatigue and Secondary Vicarious Trauma.

I primary use evidenced-based practice techniques such as motivation interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused treatment. I will tailor treatment to your personal needs while being cognizant of cultural differences and lifestyle habits.

I use a strength-based, multicultural, and trauma informed approach when assessing the culturally and emotional needs of my clients. I believe in enhancing the well-being of my clients while working collaboratively in order to navigate life's challenges.
