My work with clients covers a wide range of topics, but I specialize in relationships, trauma, abuse, sexual identity, sexual assault, and grief. No matter what you would like to work on, I will ensure you are provided an individual plan and help challenge you to reach your optimum version of you.

I use an eclectic approach in my work with clients and tailor sessions to each specific client. I firmly believe clients have the ability to overcome things they are challenged by, but sometimes need a little assistance to push you along. I make sure your journey is unique to you and do not believe in providing a cookie cutter approach.
