Freud said, “Love and work are the cornerstones of our humanness.” I believe his insight was right: positive relationships and fulfilling, productive work impact our mental and physical wellness. This forms the focus of my practice. I've counseled adults dealing with relationship conflict, work stress or life transitions for over ten years. What is your approach to therapy? I believe that humans are wired to desire growth and authentic connection. That is what therapy with me is all about: personal growth and relational connection. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Relational Life Therapy, Neurolinguistic Programming and Clinical Hypnosis to help clients manage stress, depression, anxiety and relationship barriers and get back to the lives they love. ?
