Being present & helping clients for over 10 years, it's been discovered that therapy is much more than just strategy for healing, but a model for increased enjoyment of life. As a therapist, I enjoy seeing people thrive, heal, conquer, and be mindful in their day-to-day life. While helping persons deal with grief, loss, trauma, anxiety, stress, depression, & other challenges, TF-CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy are some of the approaches that may be used to move forward to progress. Each person is an individual with unique qualities, strengths, and purpose and will be treated as such. It's time to grow!
