Shawn McClellan is a Licensed marriage and family therapist who helps Clients manage problems with their family, other relationships, vocational ,education and emotional issues that have kept the Client from living their best healthiest self. Shawn will encourage clients to discuss their past and present experiences that have caused traumatic or is causing stress in everyday living, Shawn will help the Client to learn how to develop strategies and skills to Modify negative emotions, and behaviors and use healthier coping skills to deal with difficult situations. Shawn enjoys teaching the client to apply cognitive behavioral therapy to help Clients understand harmful thoughts, feelings, she does this by using role play and an host of other modalities and a hug dose of Humor and positive self- talk and life-enhancing activities.
