I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in the New Orleans area. I work with people of all ages and backgrounds. My specializations of LGBTQI, Gender Dysphoria, Trauma, Attachment Disorders especially in children, depression and anxiety. I am also experienced in ABA and have a background in working with children with extreme behaviors. I am also well versed in polyamorous relationships and ethical non-monogamy. I also work with kinks and sexual expression.

My therapeutic approach is eclectic as my background is Expressive Arts Therapy as well as Counseling Psychology. I draw from many modalities in order to create a trusting relationship in which my clients can explore themselves in a way that feels most suitable to them and at the pace that is most comfortable. I have experience in CBT, DBT, The Gottman Method, Internal Family Systems, Parts Work as well as Trauma Informed Therapy and Shadow Work.
