I am licensed in Pennsylvania with 8 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, trauma and abuse, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I do consider myself a person-centered therapist which means I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you and that you also have the answers you need to accomplish your needs and wants, I will help you find them, access them, and appropriate ways of implementing them. I also use CBT as a means of accomplishing needs and wants as I do believe that most problems are thinking problems, which need to be seen from a different perspective. I also utilize motivational interviewing to help those seeking the reasons they want to change and how to use this process to achieve these needs and wants. For those who struggle with purpose, death, and loss I will use existentialism to help those work through those struggles.
