Greetings! Congratulations on taking an active role in your mental health! I am here to help you through the process. New to therapy? No problem! Experiencing depression and feeling alone? I can help with that as well! On a journey to a better version of yourself? Good for you! Allow me to be your accountability partner. I’m simply here to help you on your journey to healing and self-improvement. I specialize in Family Systems, which is a fancy way of saying that the families that we are a part of, shape who we are today!
I truly believe that understanding your family background and your childhood traumas aid in your healing. I work with people of all ages, I have experience working with children with Autism on all sides of the spectrum, experience working with elders ages 65+, couples, children, and families of all walks of life.
Even though I have experience working with all of these different populations, my niche is women’s empowerment! Especially, women of color! Women have a very unique role in society and sometimes we forget about who we are when we’re required to wear so many hats and be so many things to other people. Let’s work together on forming a new and improved you!
