I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), licensed in the state of Massachusetts. I have 10 years of Clinical Behavioral Health experience working with adults, adolescents, and children. I am a graduate of Boston College where I obtained a Master of Social Work with a concentration in Clinical Children, Youth, and Adult treatment modalities. I also have a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Post University. My background derives from a variety of different settings such as psychiatric inpatient, juvenile corrections, outpatient services, family community-based programming, and emergency crisis services. Throughout my experience, I have worked with a diversified population which I take great pride in, as it has allowed me to grow as a professional due to others shared experiences.
Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy & a Strength Based/Solution Focused model, I focus on challenging an individuals perspective, while highlighting the resiliency they continue to display in order to continue to manage the identified experience(s). My treatment style supports bringing control back to an individuals life using practical solutions.
Together we will explore ways to promote balance and create strategies that will ultimately reach an outcome that you find most beneficial. Let’s get this journey started together. You’ve already taken the first step by seeking out this platform, so let’s keep that momentum going. You’re already off to a great start!
