I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Connecticut with 7 plus years of professional therapeutic work direct client experience. I have over 15 years experience in the social services field, and have worked with teens (ages 13-18), younger children, adults, couples, families, and older adults. I have experience in helping clients with stress, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, parenting issues, & relationship issues. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I present as kind, compassionate, and open minded. I really to get to know my clients, and tend to utilize strengths based and solution focused therapy to help empower them. I however, will tailor our dialog and treatment plan, to meet a persons unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling, happier life and to open up to someone.
