Hi! My name is Shauna. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who enjoys working with people from all walks of life. I have served as a counselor in community mental health and crisis settings for the past seven years. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including relationship problems, depression, anxiety, PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder, and more.

My clients have described me as empathic, caring, a good listener, sensitive, friendly, and non-judgmental. I hope to quickly develop rapport with you and help you see a different perspective from the one that is keeping you in pain. My goal is to help you improve your life circumstances and I take this goal very seriously. You are important and I am here for you!

The clinical approaches I use are cognitive behavior therapy, person-centered therapy, talk therapy, motivational interviewing, and dialectical behavioral therapy.
