I am a licensed counselor who provides services for people in any walk of life. I have trainings in anxiety, depression, trauma, family therapy, autism, intellectual disability and older adult mental health.
My clinical approach is diverse and I like to include CBT, DBT, and a person centered approach. In my opinion, the client is steering the ship of their treatment while I assist them in reaching their destination.
