I am a licensed therapist who can guide you in the process of becoming the person you’ve always wanted to be. I use listening skills, humor, and reflective/challenging questions to help you discover the changes you can make to improve your life. I provide the support you need not only to make these changes, but to recognize, maintain, and celebrate the progress you achieve over time. Together, we will develop realistic goals and find solutions that can make a difference in your well-being. I specialize in working with people who are ready to make the changes they need to improve their lives. However, if you don’t know where to start, what to do, or how to do it, let me be on your team.
