I am an independently licensed social worker in Ohio (LISW) and Kentucky (LCSW), and I have a Ph.D. in social work. I have 25 years of experience working as a therapist, clinical leader, and teacher, and I strive to learn something new daily. I have worked with patients with various challenges, including dual diagnosis, anxiety, depression, mood swings, trauma, parenting and relationship challenges, and attention and focus difficulties. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse and serve first responders who need assistance following traumatic events. My therapy style is welcoming and curious. I believe in treatment that focuses on finding solutions to troubling symptoms and holistic approaches without judgment or labels. I will listen to you to gain information about what you are experiencing and work with you to develop a plan focused on minimizing or alleviating troubling symptoms and experiences that you are having which negatively impact your quality of life.
