I am licensed counselor in Kentucky with 10 years of professional work experience. My primary work has been with children and their parents. I have experience in helping clients with stress anxiety, parenting struggles, autism, ADHD, grief, and loss to name a few. Sometimes life creates challenges that we can overcome on our own or we don't understand. Talking to a professional can help make sense of your struggles and help find better ways to manage them.
