I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida with 13 years of experience working with children, teenagers, and adults. I have experience working with individuals with a wide range of challenges including substance/alcohol abuse, depression, anxiety, ADHD, LGBTQ+ issues, trauma related issues, toxic relationships and other relationship issues.

I am client centered, utilizing various interventions taken from a range of therapeutic approaches to include psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral, realistic, and a strength-based approach, always maintaining creativity, flexibility, and awareness to meet the needs of every individual.
