I'm an experienced Marriage and Family Therapist and Professional Clinical Counselor specializing in couple/family therapy, trauma work, self esteem and grief. I use a framework of Emotionally Focused Therapy to address and help heal underlying emotions and breaks in attachment relationships. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to reprocess and integrate distressful past memories which impact people in the present. I help people understand and transform core beliefs they may hold about themselves, relationships and the world which contribute to negative patterns and self esteem.
