I feel people often come to therapy to help find the best version of themselves. I enjoy helping others find solutions to their problems, helping them identify their strengths, and deciding how to improve their weaknesses. As a therapist, it's my job to help others process their past trauma, help develop and identify support systems, find their own voice, and learn to advocate for themselves. If you need help finding a way out of what can sometimes be a dark part of your life, know that I'm supportive, encouraging, & willing to help you find solutions to concerns in your life. I understand how trauma can affect many stages of life. My goal is to help you process and heal from your trauma and learn to move forward. I'm also good at reminding people we are all more than our past mistakes.
