What is your approach to therapy? Sharon provides special interventions by way of CBT, believing our thoughts about ourselves will manifest themselves in how we act and have the power to help us achieve our goals but can also hinder our growth. She is trained in the unique modality of EMDR. This therapy helps people reprocess both large and small traumas and life stressors that cause residual effects such as depression, anxiety and PTSD. She's works to find the best modality that is suited to the unique needs of each client. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? Sharon works with many issues including but not limited to, trauma, depression, addictions, anxiety, life stressors, overcoming childhood issues, and having a negative self image. Sharon also works with couples to work on problem solving and achieve conflict resolution. She believes in treating the whole person, not just the problem. The benefits of therapy with Sharon are in her personal approach. “Come for the Counseling Stay for the Change”
