Hello, I am Sharon Davis Brown. I assist clients to develop coping skills, help to manage their mood, and make better-informed decisions. My approach to therapy is client-centered to help you make better-informed decisions.

I am trained in somatic-based interventions as a board-certified dance/movement therapist, a certified movement analyst, and a licensed mental health counselor.

I bring to each session my authentic self using active listening skills to assist you with being the best version of yourself. I look forward to joining you on the journey.
