I have been trained as a clinical social worker licensed as a clinical social worker in the state of New Mexico. I am also certified Master Addiction Counselor through National Alcohol and Addiction and Drug Association Counselor. I have over 40 years of experience as a psychotherapist. I have worker with individuals ages of 18 up 70 years of age who have had concerns with depression, bipolar issues, relation issues, re-entry assistance, substance abuse issues, loneliness and help cope with medical issues.

I believe that no matter what there is hope. Together, we will discover it. Counseling is a process looking at a situation with a new set of eyes can possibly give a different perspective. Everyone is different and there is no one solution. Creating more than one answer is helpful so that you can have many options. Alfred Alder looks at the individual to establish self in society. He was one that felt more comfortable setting at a table over a cup of coffee talking to the individual to come with ideas than setting in an office. This model fits into that modality.

Change is not easy. Yet taking the steps like you have is a step towards a goal that together we will establish for your growth. I enjoy working with people who have made first steps and hopely together we can go forward to an established goal of growth.
