About

Sometimes life throws us unexpected turns and transitions and changes can be difficult, even if they are positive! I know personally as well as professionally if you find yourself in challenging interpersonal relationships, making the same choices over and over, and not reaching your full potential, you may be reacting to old traumas and wounds you have never fully processed. Without processing these negative experiences remain like a splinter in your finger causing you discomfort and staying stuck.

As a, Person-Centered, Solution-Focused Therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

Trauma and Grief Therapy are areas that I specialize in. I also provide Psychological Assessments for Surgeons that need a psychological recommendation for their patients. I enjoy my supervision group every Thursday. Tele-Health Video sessions help those who can't make it into my office.

Individuals that find themselves having a hard time attaining and maintaining relationships may find the underlying cause to be a loss or trauma never processed. To be able to share all of your thoughts and feelings in a safe and non-judgmental environment can help decrease behaviors that are obstacles to healthy relationships. I am trained to treat trauma.

I provide HIPPA compliant Tele-Health Video Therapy sessions and offer Court Ordered Therapy and Custody and Mediation Counseling. I have been providing Psychological Assessments for Surgeons for the past 11 years. I volunteer two days a month at the Veterans Hospital to provide therapy for trauma and serve on the Board of Directors for NAMI (National Alliance for Mental Illness) Pomona Valley.
If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.

I am looking forward to working together!
