Hi!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor . I worked as an Outpatient Therapist for 16+ years. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, adjustment issues . Also, I have worked with those that have experienced physical and/or emotional trauma.

I have been told that I am a great listener and I believe in being honest but compassionate when speaking with others. Although I am a good listener, I will still be interactive to make sure I am understanding what you are trying to communicate with me. I love to laugh and love the laughter of others. So sometimes, I might throw a joke in there from time to time. My motto is to treat others as I want to be treated. I believe in building confidence and improving self esteem. My approach is treating others with kindness and respect and trying to provide the tools that individual needs to be success . I will respect your privacy and treat your issues and/or concerns with dignity. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, and Client Centered Therapy. I will seek your specific needs and/or desires to move forward to what you desire to accomplish. . Every journey is different and I realize that every journey may require different tools with a different path.
