In our sessions together, I will meet you with caring and compassion. and set goals. which you will achieve as we progress. Some humor is often injected to help you become more comfortable and relaxed as you share. It has been proven by research that humor helps each of us. reduce anxiety and depression. I don't tell jokes because I can't remember them. I work with adults of all ages. 18 and up. My years of experience enable me to understand and connect with each client exclusive of what adult developmental stage you are experiencing. My love is doing couples counseling in which communication is a primary component. I will teach you skills. and new ways to connect with each other. through healthy communication.
