About

I am a licensed clinical social worker in California with over 10 years of experience working as a social worker, professional mentor, and recently a supervisor. Most of my clinical work has focused on parent-child psychotherapy with children ranging from 0-6. I have worked with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma and attachment difficulties. I have been effective with assisting clients with reaching their goals by using motivational interviewing, solution focus inquiry, building a trauma narrative.

My counseling style is warm and attentive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I come from a place of understanding to build a collaborate approach with the idea that clients are the most knowledgeable about their needs. My approach is client center and I tailor treatment plans that are specific to your needs in addition to identifying goals that are attainable.
