It’s finally your time to heal. I have experience in both the mind and the body providing unique and effective approaches to counseling. I am known for providing clients with nurturing tailored therapeutic services that can be integrated into their daily lives. I view myself as a manufacturer of hope and healing. I provide culturally competent, holistic, and wellness focused services that promote transformative healing through transformative change by optimizing a client centered approach that utilizes knowledge, early interventions, open communication and increased awareness. It’s your time. I assists clients on various issues, including but not limited to, trauma, anxiety, depression, psychosis, anger management, mood regulation, grief, loss, personal recovery and growth, life transitional stages. I tailor my treatment approach from an individual perspective integrating techniques and approaches in therapy. I am a certified Compassion Fatigue Specialist and Certified Clinical Traumatologist. I speaks regularly at several schools within the South Bay to bring attention to the importance of mental health services to the community. I also am a Parent Project Facilitator. My husband and I have been married for 20 years and have 6 beautiful daughters. I love writing poetry, hiking, and spending time with my family.
