I am licensed in Georgia with 10 years of professional/clinical work experience. I am a passionate and professional helper with a strong commitment to helping clients experience their very best life. I approach the therapeutic relationship as a partnership and work collaboratively with clients to help them reach their goals. I am a practicing Christian and comfortable incorporating faith based principles into my therapy practice- when requested.

I utilize a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Faith Based Counseling, Mindfulness. I am a Level 1 trained Gottman therapist, which enhances my work with couples. I recognize the connection between mental health and physical health and work with clients to address healthy lifestyle habits when appropriate.
