I have been a practicing therapist for over 25 years. My specialties are trauma informed work, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), as well other modalities. I am a skilled play therapist, parent educator, and certified adoption worker. I focus on working with individuals & couples and have expertise in woman's issues, especially violence against women, PTSD and Complex Trauma as well as anxiety and depression.
