Hi! My name is Shari. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oklahoma with over 10 years of experience working as a psychotherapist both in individual and group settings. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, blended families, career challenges, self-esteem issues, trauma, and coping with daily stressors. I have have a strong passion for helping people who struggle with grief and loss.

My counseling style is warm and relaxed. It is my goal to provide the space for you to be able to communicate in a forum without judgment. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines client and solution focus, cognitive-behavioral therapy, with some humanistic and psychodynamic components. Since everyone has a different need, I will adjust your treatment plan to best suit your presenting concern.
