I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in both Arizona and Montana. I have been licensed since 2004, working with people who have experienced complex trauma and providing non-profit leadership focused on supporting the professionals who endure secondary trauma from their work. I utilize a trauma informed approach that includes strategies for regulating cognitive and emotional processes as well as restoring health to the nervous system and the mind/body connection.

The conversation will be driven by you and I will exercise the highest standards of integrity; ensuring transparency throughout the entire therapeutic process. I will provide a trauma informed perspective utilizing Cognitive and Behavioral techniques while promoting autonomy and self-direction in as few sessions as possible.
