About

I am entering my 26th year of counseling and have worked with clients from age three to 101. I am eclectic in my approach and holistic. I am client-centered and work with clients to provide them with the skills necessary to achieve the goals they have for themselves. I believe that life hurts people all by itself, so humans don’t need to hurt themselves or each other. I work with my clients to change the areas of their lives they want to change and provide them with skills and abilities to maintain their goals once they achieve them. I rely on mindfulness, re-framing, gratitude, humor, challenging negative thinking, positive affirmations, and improving mind, body, and thought.
