Hello, I am Shari. Are you looking for someone you can feel safe to address your needs and not feel judged? Are you looking for someone authentic and supportive? Are you having difficulty finding someone who will be honest and direct? I work well with anyone who is motivated to start addressing their concerns right away. I believe finding the right therapist can be challenging, but it should not be a barrier to getting help. Finding a therapist should feel comfortable and natural. I am told I have a way of helping people feel as if they have known me before. I like to get an understanding of the source of your problem. Then together we explore how the source influences your thinking. People live life through their experiences which do not always serve us very well in today's time.
