Dr. Férère is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who specializes in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma for clients of all ages. She has a true passion for working with clients from diverse backgrounds and values cultural awareness in therapy. Dr. Férère ensures that her therapeutic approaches are supported by the most up-to-date research through the application of evidence-based models. Dr. Férère utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and interpersonal difficulties. “I know that no single therapeutic technique is the right one for every individual, which is why I incorporate an integrative approach to my therapeutic work that can be best described as interpersonal based on CBT and ACT. I truly value meeting my clients where they are in their healing process while promoting change and growth.
