I provide online counseling. I have helped clients with trauma, anxiety, implementing coping skills, life transitions, stress management, conflict resolutions, communication issues, depression, & adjustment disorders. I incorporate solution-focused, cognitive behavioral therapy, play/art, Trauma Focused CBT& person-centered therapy. I believe that individuals are the experts at their own life, & sometimes need some assistance to gain better insight for this expertise. I hope to be a therapeutic support system on your journey to wholeness, navigating the challenges of life, and walking with you on the path to emotional wellness.
