Hello, I am a person centered, trauma-informed Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Virginia. I have been in the field providing mental health services since 2014. Since 2014, I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients to include: urban/inner city youth and family, 1st generation youth and family, LGBTQ youth and young adults, incarcerated youth, sexually abused survivors, trafficked survivors, and more. I am passionate in helping others increase their skills to develop greater emotional regulation skills and learn the overlaps of multiple diagnoses. I have been trained in DBT, CBT, and TF-CBT. Currently, I specialize in working with adolescents, teens and young adults. Lastly, I am a proud member of National Association of Black Counselors (NBCA) and Virginia Counselors Association (VCA)
