I am an LCSW specializing in life transitions, anxiety, women’s issues, and maternal mental health. I empower women of all backgrounds to overcome their past trauma to become the healthiest versions of themselves. I use a mix of conversation, mindfulness techniques, and spiritual practices to help you discover your strengths. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
