I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 8+ years of experience in practice with individuals, children, and families, in both medical and therapeutic settings. I have worked with clients in dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, grief and loss, self-esteem issues, medical issues, lack of connection to community resources, and much more. I believe in meeting the client where they are and providing services in a non-judgmental and empathetic manner. I believe in helping my clients help themselves. My therapeutic approach combines cognitive behavioral, solution focused therapy, and mindfulness. I love to empower clients and ensure that they are included in treatment planning and decision-making.
